Here’s My Comprehensive (and maybe the longest on the Internet) Review of Ewen Chia’s “Fast Track Cash”

Ewen Chia's "Fast Track Cash" Course

First of all, What IS Fast Track Cash?

Fast Track Cash is Ewen Chia’s “Internet make money formula” for using affiliate marketing to generate sales and reap profits quickly (hence: Fast Cash!).

At its core, the course focuses on a simple (but easily overlooked) strategy to assure that you get bigger affiliate checks, sooner. The course shows you where to find affiliate programs which pay you instantly through PayPal (so there’s no need to wait for your check to arrive from the  Clickbank affiliate network.)

I Have a Confession to Make:

When I first received my preview copy of the ebook, I skimmed through the 98 pages and, at first glance, felt that there was nothing new – that it was just a “plain vanilla,” step-by-step affiliate marketing course.

But on the second reading of Fast Track Cash, I realized that the course only seemed simplistic, possibly because it’s so smoothly written.

Fast Track Cash Includes Useful Graphics

The course makes the entire process of affiliate marketing, (picking a product niche, getting traffic, creating an efficient and effective “squeeze page,” building your mailing list, converting leads into sales, and promoting “back-end” follow-up sales) seem so simple and straight-forward that it doesn’t appear particularly special.

In a way, Super Affiliate Ewen Chia is like a consummate magician or musician or artist who is so practiced at their craft that the techniques simply “disappear” and the performance appears completely effortless.

The course is also well illustrated with screen shots of various resources.

Who Is This Course Written For?

The course is targeted, I think, for those new to Internet marketing and those who are still struggling with affiliate marketing. Yet, even seasoned affiliate marketers should find at least a few valuable nuggets sprinkled throughout the course to make it worth its $47 price tag.

Now, having read the ebook, I can see more clearly why I was, initially, unsuccessful with affiliate marketing – and much of that comes down to the fact that my efforts lacked many of the “leverage” techniques Ewen lays out in Fast Track Cash. (However, my early failure was also caused by my lack of focus, lack of persistence, and my tendency to cut corners and jump from one strategy to another without following through.)

From Fast Track Cash, you will learn the exact step-by-step process you should follow to build effective, highly-targeted, affiliate campaigns.

Here’s How the Course Works:

The course is broken into 18 single-topic chapters (plus an introduction and conclusion.)

Ewen’s guidelines allow you to pick and choose what interests you. This means you can be successful without doing everything he recommends. (For example, if you don’t enjoy article marketing, you can focus on Press Releases, link-wheels, feeder sites, and Twitter or other social community marketing.) But of course the more you do (competently and thoroughly), the more success you will achieve.

For example, in the sections on Building Traffic (so that you can get a flood of people to visit your website,) Ewen covers the standard strategy of “article marketing.”

NOTE: If you’re not familiar with Article Marketing, the purpose is to write “key-word rich” articles which include “backlinks” to your website, and submit them to “article directories.” As your articles are dispersed on the Internet, they help bring more traffic to your site. And their backlinks to your site help boost your ranking in the search engines.

Well, maybe you already knew all about Article Marketing.

But here are some of the secrets of effective article marketing Ewen shares in the course:
(Do you know all of these? I didn’t.)

• At least 5 places where you can find laser-targeted ideas for article topics.

• How to make “article marketing” writing faster and easier.

• How and where to find other people to write your articles – places better than  elance.com.

• How to avoid the simple mistakes made by many article marketers.

• Clever ways to maximize your efforts in article marketing.

• Which article submission services are best.

• How (and why) to cloak your affiliate links in your articles plus the very best code and link-cloaking strategy to use if you want to skyrocket your traffic (and income.)

• How to turn your articles into Press Releases which can become “search engine magnets.”

• The most important and absolutely critical component of your press release (that many marketers leave out.)

• The best free press release submission services to use.

• How to “re-purpose” your articles (quickly and easily) so that you leverage your efforts and maximize your traffic potential.

For the most part, the other areas of the course are equally detailed:

• More than a dozen recommended places to build your “feeder sites” for back-links

• The proper way to set-up (in just a few hours) “link-wheels” so as not to be punished by Google.

• Tapping into Forums and the best place to put your link (hint: it’s not in your signature file or even your posts.)

• How best to customize PLR (private label right) content and the best places in the publication to insert your affiliate links.

• How to turn RSS Feeds into a money generator

• The right and wrong way to use Twitter, Facebook and other social communities to drive more traffic back to your “money site.”

Ewen ends the course with the most important advice in the book: “Take Action!”

After all, that’s the only way you’re going to make money on the Internet. It’s not enough to buy this book. You must follow the steps and implement the strategies.

The Bad Points:

Obviously Fast Track Cash isn’t perfect (I even found a few typos, only one of which changed the actual intended meaning.)  But let’s not get too picky. Here’s what I didn’t like about the course:

While Fast Track Cash is mostly thorough, competent, and detailed, there were a couple of places where I was confused, or felt that the topic was glossed over. For example, the section on building auto-blogging networks seemed a little hurried and shallow. True, Ewen suggests that readers who want more details should buy his course on “Auto Blogging Incomes.”

But that brings me to the other criticism of the course…

Throughout the course are sprinkled countless affiliate links to various products and services being recommended.

True, Ewen Chia is the master of affiliate marketing and bills himself as the world’s Top Super Affiliate. This is how he makes his living (and how we want to make our livings) so, obviously, he is going to take every opportunity to insert affiliate links into his content.

It just seems that there are so many ways for Ewen to profit from the affiliate links in this course that, rather than charge for the ebook, maybe he should have been given it away as a ”free viral ebook” (one of the methods he covers in the course.)

On the other hand, if the book were free, would we respect the information in it?
Maybe not.

Also, once you buy the course, you are automatically accepted as an affiliate so that you can use Ewen’s techniques to sell Fast Track Cash and make money for yourself (and for Ewen.) With a 75% commission payout, if you sell just 2 copies, you ve paid for your own copy of the course.

There is actually quite a bit of information packed into this course and beginners could experience some “information overload.” But following the course just one step at a time should make it manageable. And, as Ewen says in the course, you don’t have to do this all at once.

Also, it should be remembered that the ebook which I’m reviewing is actually only one component of the course. The actual course includes video tutorials (which I do not have access to at the time of this writing.) So the additional videos may make the material seem far more “doable” as you watch and follow along with the processes being demonstrated.

The Good Points:

Overall, I have to say that the course is excellent. It’s well organized and the chapters are divided nicely so that you can do just one thing at a time. And there are plenty of useful illustrations.

The course is packed with valuable links to resources (many of which I wasn’t familiar with.)

And for anyone new, who may feel the material is overwhelming, the course ends by summarizing and organizing the content into a “7 Day Fast Track Cash ACTION Plan.” This not only helps to make the course more manageable, it also gives you a step-by-step blueprint of what to do, and in what order.

The Final Word:

For those completely new to Internet marketing, and also for those struggling with affiliate marketing, I would give this course a top rating of 5 stars.  *****

Just about everything you need to know to make money online with affiliate marketing is covered. The information is well-organized and very readable.

For those who are already Super Affiliates, (well, you’re probably not reading this review,) you’re unlikely to find much new in this course.

Even so, many professional Internet Marketers will buy the course anyway. After all, professionals rarely pass up the opportunity to study the strategies of their competition (especially those, like Ewen, who have mastered their craft so proficiently.)

Professionals know that uncovering just one simple technique or one new resource can help them bring in tens-of-thousands of dollars in new profits.

The Bottom Line:

If you’re really serious about making money on the Internet (and if you think you will actually take action by following the steps outlined,) then get the course.

Think of it this way: How much would you be willing to pay to be able to sit down for several hours with “The World’s Top Super Affiliate” and have him give you an exact step-by-step, easy-to-understand blueprint (plus links to all the resources you need and even video tutorials) to help you transform yourself into a successful Internet Marketer so that you can live a life of freedom?  Just what might that experience be worth?   (Certainly a lot more than $47.)

Why miss out on this chance to learn from Ewen Chia?  Remember, the Fast Track Cash course includes video tutorials and it comes with an 8 week guarantee.

If you have a history of buying courses and then not doing anything with them, then I’d pass on most of the upgrades.  The basic course, if you follow it and put it into action, should give you all you know to make money on the Internet.

After reading through Fast Track Cash, but before taking notes to write this review, and just before the product was launched, I lost my copy and had to request another from Ewen’s support team. They responded promptly (which is a good sign of the support you may receive) but, denied my request because some other marketers had made the copy available to others for free.

Fortunately, after another appeal, I received another copy, not from the support team, but from Ewen, himself, along with a personal note. I must say that I was impressed that Ewen was able to find time to solve my problem and even send me a note just days before his International product launch.

This means you can make money without having your own product (even without having a website, though you’ll do better having your own website.) Even if you’re new to Internet Marketing, you’ve probably discovered that affiliate marketing is one of the legitimate work from home ways to make money on the Internet. And there are recurring sales or “subscription products” meaning that people are signing up to a membership site or other on-going service in which they’ll be billed monthly. What that means to you is that you’ll be making a commission for each month that they continue their subscription.

Sounds great, doesn’t it? The problem is, it’s much more difficult than you might imagine…

Some people go months, even years, without ever making a sale on Clickbank. And that’s where some inside information from a savvy “Super Affiliate” can be extremely helpful in speeding up the learning process.
